Discrimination in Work

 Women are facing different disadvantages in the aspect of working. They are getting paid less even if they are doing the same job and putting the same effort. And this is not because they are no the same as educated or productive, this is only because of their genre. "Social norms and behavior patterns that lead them to lower paid jobs and less progress in their career."  It is explained by discriminatory practices. I think we should start noticing more about this theme and doing things to make this change because it is wrong the idea of paying less to someone just for being a woman.  

In America Latina and Caribe the win 84 % of what a man wins according to Indice de Mejores Trabajos, they have a lot more probability of having an informal job. For example, in the United States of America, there is a double chance of probability to be the director of the orchestra if you are a man, a double chance just for your genre. I think this is amazingly insane, how society discriminates so much and we do not even notice because we are used to it, we are used for the society to treat women less and to give them less importance just for their genre. We are used to treating them less, and this discrimination is so normal that we don´t even notice. I think it is time for a change, for a fight so all people have the same chances of having a job, for getting paid equally, to be treated the same.
