Ethics in Business

 The ethic in business is based on different rules and tactics about the values that a business should do when they are making actions or taking different decisions. Ethics comes from a branch of philosophy that sees human values in relation to their conduct to good or bad, right and wrong. In the business world, this has a lot of importance because it defines how is your company and can make more inversions. I think this is one of the most important aspects that companies should consider because it significates a lot the way a company treats its workers and how is their bond. Some of the things that I think having good values in your company can upgrade are: the time the workers stay in their job, it attaches the investors to notice the business, it helps building and keeping a good reputation, it makes profits to the company, etc. With the past of time, I think the importance of ethics is growing, and I think that is good because it is making a more equal society, where there is an obligation of treating people in the right way and without any discrimination like racism and gender discrimination. I really hope that all the companies are making fair rules, paying the same without the matter of their gender, sexual orientation, etc. I also think that these rules of ethics help the people to realize what are they doing wrong and how could they be better, not only in their job but all the time.
